What can I do if my order is late?

You cannot claim compensation in the event of late delivery by the carrier. If your package is damaged or already opened upon receipt, you must file a complaint with the carrier within 2 working days, by registered mail, a copy of which will be sent to Du Monde à la Provence. If you are present during the delivery, you will have to indicate to the delivery person the complaint that you make. These delivery problems should initially be resolved with the carrier, as Du Monde à la Provence cannot be held responsible. Du Monde à la Provence cannot be held responsible either if customs charges must be applied in your country of delivery. Any defect or any delay in delivery exceeding 8 working days must be reported to us.
